"We have had our first ever puppy, Oscar, for almost a month now. He is so gentle and loving, and a little bit stubborn when he wants to be. It is great to see how confident and friendly he is with other dogs and people when we go out for walks, which makes me assured that he has had a great first few months before he joined us. As first-time pet owners we were slightly nervous and Cabeau dogs made the whole process so comfortable and easy. David has continued to be extremely helpful and quickly answers any concerns that we have. Also, I thank them for dropping him off all the way to our home, with all the necessities needed for him to settle in quickly. I can already say, that if we were to ever get another puppy in the future, it would only be from Cabeau Dogs!"

“Katie has been with me for nine days and every day she shows signs of becoming more and more confident. She has a lovely nature, is very loving and moreover very lovable. She is very much a people person and is welcoming and loving to everyone. She has succeeded in getting her photograph onto Facebook and so far two people have wanted to take her photograph. She sleeps very well throughout the night in a crate in my bedroom, travels well in the car - again in a crate., speaking either to her puppy, or teddy! She loves her toys and thoroughly enjoys her snuffle mat and likimat, both of which keep her amused whilst I play the piano. She is a joy, but at the same time hard work and such a pleasure in comparison to my last poodle. Everyone agrees she should make a super dog, as she matures.”

“We wanted a breeder that would allow us to have the best starting point as far as DNA was concerned health-wise and felt David and Diane’s approach to breeding made us feel that we had made the best effort to avoid as many future problems as we can influence. We felt re-assured when David asked for a video call and for us to fill in their questionnaire. I felt that they like to pair their puppies with people that will suit the dogs, not the other way round. The puppy always comes first. When we went to pick up our puppy, David gave us a choice of leads, also toys, a bed, food and lots of advice and information. We liked the fact that there is lifetime support available. We call David our ‘Puppy Dad’ and we can go to him for advice and share our little bits of progress and photos. Our vet was very impressed with the level of information and the condition of our puppy when we went to see her on our initial meet and greet visit.”
